Palm Oil Mill Plant Production Line
Oil palm is the most economically valuable oil-producing plant in the world, It is widely cultivated in tropical Africa, Latin America, and Southeast Asia. Fresh fruit bunches (FFB) of oil palm after the fruit is harvested, it is processed in a palm oil mill, where the FFB is sterilized, digested, and pressed to extract palm oil. The extracted oil is then clarified and sent to a crude palm oil refinery plant, or fractionation plant.

Palm Oil Pressing Process

Raw Materials Reception Station
Palm Bunch Reception is the primary processing of a Crude Palm Oil Processing Machine. This loading ramp makes palm fruit unloading, cleaning, and storage platforms, adopting all hydraulic segmented discharge.

Sterilization Station
Using direct steam to process palm fruit, which can reduce activity of the enzyme,prevent the rancidity, ensure the good quality of the crude oil.

Threshing Station
Threshing station uses strong vibration to make separation of palm fruit from palm bunches. Raw materials after sterilization are sent to bucket elevator through damp car, and elevated into threshing machine.
04.
Digesting & Pressing Station
Destroy the palm fruit pulp cell under high-temperature conditions to make it easy to squeeze oil out. And then use mechanical pressing to get the crude oil out of palm fruit. The commonly used press machine is a double screw expeller.
05.
Oil Clarification Station
Using hot water to reduce crude palm oil viscosity. Next using vibrating screen to remove some solids. Then the oil mixture is heated to 85-90°C and allowed to separate in the clarification tank.
06.
Palm Kernel Recovery Station
The pressed cake(fiber & nut mixture) is transported to the fiber separation system for fiber&nut separating. The separated nut is sent to nut silo for temporary storage.

Palm Oil Refining Process
Palm Oil Refining Process mainly includes four steps of degumming, deacidification, bleaching and deodorization.
01. Degumming and Deacidification Process
The palm oil degumming and deacidification process uses a washing method to separate soap residual from mixing oil, providing preparation for the next step palm oil refinery machine.
02. Bleaching Process
The palm oil bleaching process is mainly used to remove oil pigment, residual soap, and metal ions during palm oil refining machine.
03. Deodorization Process
The palm oil deodorization process is composed of part of crude palm mill processing equipment. It plays an important part in improving oil quality after the crude palm oil process.
