01.Cleaning
Sunflower seeds in the harvest, transportation and storage process may be mixed with some impurities, mainly dust, sand, stone, metal, stems and leaves, skin and so on. 02.Shelling

03.Softening & Rolling
Softening is to adjust the sunflower seeds moisture and temperature, reduce the powder and stick roller phenomenon in the rolling process, ensure the quality of billet.
Rolling is the process of making sunflower seeds from grain to flake by mechanical action, which is good for the extraction of oil and improving the steaming effect.

With the help of mechanical external force, the method of extruding the grease from the oil is called the pressing method of taking oil. Generally, a screw oil press is used to extract oil. According to whether the raw material needs to be roasted, it can be divided into cold pressing and hot pressing. The oil yield of hot pressing is high, and the color of the oil is slightly darker, and the oil yield of cold pressing is low, and the color of the oil is light.
